The hotel is clean and well maintained, in walking

distance to everything on the peninsula in Punta Del Este. The staff were friendly and the breakfast options were more than adequate. However, the room could use some updates for a fresher feel.

My stay at Bonne Etoile pleasantly surprised me. The staff radiated friendliness The location is prime for exploring, although the furnishings feel a bit dated. I’d gladly return for another lovely visit!

I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness in my room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were stains on the towels. Additionally, the noise outside was unbearable at night, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.

I had a lovely stay for two nights, enjoying clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to help me, even allowing me to check in early. Breakfast offered a delightful variety of fresh pastries and fruits, making each morning a treat. One aspect that could be improved is the slow elevator service during busy times.
